True Self Introduction
This introductory session will explore several fundamental questions about the True Life Path spiritual model.
It defines the True Life Path as a paradigm based on the spiritual teachings of Baha’u’llah and provides an overview of what you can expect in future seminars.
A select transcript extracted from this audio session is as follows:
“The Path that Baha’u’llah teaches is an ancient path taught by many of the founders of great world Faiths such as Buddha, Christ and Muhammad. The difference is that Baha’u’llah’s paradigm offers a more renewed and enhanced version of this Path, which makes it more applicable to our current stage of human development….
To seek the True Life Path we must first understand the importance of spiritual consciousness or in other words the importance of being aware of our spiritual reality.
To achieve this awareness we must be spiritually educated.
It is only through spiritual education that we can learn how to nurture and align our inner reality to its purpose.
Spiritual education is a vital element of our existence and we must strive with the utmost of our abilities to acquire it. Neglecting it will only lead to disillusionment and unhappiness in our lives….
Baha’u’llah’s True Life Paradigm is about transformation on three levels: individual self, family and society….
If we look at society as a group or a collective, its smallest unit is the family and the smallest unit of the family is the individual.
Baha’u’llah teaches that for any society to change and arise to new heights of excellence both the individual and the family units must undergo a complete transformation from their current state.
He adds that for transformation to be complete change must be made on a fundamental level which is the spiritual level….
In the True Life Path Seminars, we will examine in detail all the three levels of transformation as envisioned by Baha’u’llah: they will be referred to as True Self, True Family and True Society….”
